  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Client Terms

As a client, you agree to:

  • Pay for services as agreed upon with the Pro
  • Communicate respectfully with Pros
  • Leave honest and fair reviews after service completion

5. Professional Terms

As a Pro, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your qualifications and experience
  • Deliver services as described and agreed upon
  • Maintain all required licenses and insurance for your trade
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner

6. Payments

All payments are processed through our secure payment system. Gigsii may charge service fees to clients or Pros as disclosed on the platform. Refund policies are outlined in our separate Refund Policy.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid fees
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the platform
  • Impersonate another person or entity

8. Intellectual Property

The Gigsii platform, including its design, logos, and content, is owned by Gigsii and protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they create but grant Gigsii a license to display it on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gigsii acts as a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Pros. We are not liable for any disputes between clients and Pros. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
